This little boy is officially registered for Kindergarten 2011-2012! It's a sad thought that he'll be in school a full day next year. He's the youngest and when the youngest goes to school, there are officially no more babies in the house. No more lazy mornings spent in pajamas, no more lunches out with his mama, no more random trips to Target to get him a toy "just because."
Nope, he'll be with the big kids. I'm going to enjoy every last minute of this school year while he's still home.
I'm going to miss that dimpled face of his when he's in school.
My baby is growing up.

One of my Grandchildren starts Kindergarten next fall too. She has been in half-day pre-K but all day is just different! Enjoy your day dear Michelle with Mr. Dimples:) HUGS!
It's always hard, Michelle. I couldn't say goodbye to my baby when she left for college! They keep us on our toes and then we have to learn to be without them. Hard adjustment, but the good news is you will get through it and soon it will all seem normal.
And what a cutie he is!! :-)
XO,
Jane
Oh how I remember this day like it was yesterday! My mom said she did cart wheels when the last of us started school, me I cried and missed my little daily companion!
Enjoy every minute for now!

I completely understand! It is particularly hard when the youngest goes. However, after a few days pass,I promise you that you'll enjoy having some time to yourself!
Enjoy every second because before you blink an eye he will be graduating high school like my little boy will be in June:)
My husband and I are recent empty nesters...I recall this same scenario occurring with our daughter and son like it was yesterday! Cherish each moment.
I have watched my grandson for the last 5 years and he too will be attending kindergarten next year..My time with him has gone too fast..I am gonna miss him when he goes to school but I do understand what ya mean..First my own 2 girls and now my grandson..I must be getting older..LOL
What an adorable post!
This school year I had my youngest enter kindergarten and my oldest will graduate from college with a Masters degree this May. Watching them spread their wings is scary and exciting, joyful and sad, it will make you proud and worried and a bevy of other emotions all jumbled up into one giant whirlwind of emotions. Hang in there and know that they don't usually fly too far from the nest. That makes this Mommy smile!
Thanks for being my very first follower on my new blog!!
And then you blink and they are Seniors in High School! That is where my baby is....tears me up that he will be graduating from high school and entering this big old scary world on his own....I hate that! lol
Enjoy them while they are young!

I understand because I am so sad that my youngest of 7 is officially potty trained. No more diapers. I know, I should be happy, but I have been changing diapers non stop since 1995! It's going to be so weird! I have one starting kindergarten in the fall too. They grow up too fast! Love your blog!
I feel your pain! My Littliest will be heading to Kindergarten as well in the fall. Sniffle sniffle sniffle!
